Refunds or replacements may be approved if:
• The product arrives damaged.
• The incorrect item is delivered.
• The shipment is lost in transit.
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

• Buyer’s remorse or preference changes.
• Delivery delays caused by carriers.
• Orders returned due to incorrect address.
